Step Two: Lets Chat
Schedule your first travel consultation with me below so that we can get to know each other. During this meeting we will discuss your travel ideas and expectations. When you’re ready to move forward I will send you any paperwork to complete, as well as first invoice via email.
Step Three: Research and Planning
Once your payment has processed and I have received all completed documents, I get right to work! Please be patient, as curating your perfect trip may take several days. Once I have a couple options that I know you’ll love, we’ll schedule our next meeting.
Step Four: Proposal and Booking
We will meet again to discuss an itinerary tailored specifically to you! You will select the options you just can’t live without and leave everything else up to me! I will start all of your bookings, and all you have to worry about is packing! (Which I have a helpful checklist for!)
*Be prepared to make your first deposit at this time to reserve your trip.
Step Five: Enjoy Your Trip!
We will stay in communication between your booking and travel dates. I will send you any additional information you might need before you go. If you have any questions or concerns, that’s what I’m here for. I can’t wait to hear your stories and see some pictures from your travels!

Planning Fee: $1000.00 per event
-Meticulous planning on everything from lodging and transfers to catering and leisure activities- ensuring a seamless, unforgettable event for all in attendance.
-The perfect choice for Weddings, Reunions, Corporate Events, Team Building Retreats, Larger Group Tours, Special Interest Groups or any other Happy Occasion!
*All planning fees are non-refundable
